This notice describes the consultation planner on getscansiren.com and how to ask ScanSiren about information you share. It is limited to this website; the terms and data practices for any activated product must be reviewed separately for that service.

The interactive demonstration

The conversation and CRM demonstration runs through fixed examples on your device using fictional contact details. It does not connect to live AI, create records in a real CRM, submit inquiries, or reserve appointments. Demo choices are not saved to browser storage or sent to ScanSiren.

Fonts

This website loads Manrope and Inter through Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers to download these typefaces, sharing the technical information required to deliver them, such as your IP address.

Images

The salon photograph is loaded from Pexels. Loading a third-party image lets the image provider receive the technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address. The photograph is illustrative and does not identify a ScanSiren customer.

The consultation planner

The planner asks for your name, business name, email, state or region, city, industry, service interest, and the challenge you want to discuss. Phone number and preferred meeting time are optional. The information is used in your browser to prepare a draft consultation email.

The planner does not send the form to a website database or automatically book a meeting. Details stay in the form while the page is open; this implementation does not save them to browser storage. When you choose “Open Email to Send,” the details are passed to your email app. “Copy Request” places the draft on your device clipboard.

When you contact ScanSiren

If you choose to send the email, ScanSiren receives the information in that message. It allows us to respond to your inquiry, discuss service suitability, and arrange a consultation. Your email or phone provider also processes communications under its own terms.

Website infrastructure

This website is served through hosting and delivery infrastructure. Those services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. The site code does not install advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or an embedded booking service.

Information for AI products

Customer records, conversations, connected accounts, recordings, and publishing permissions depend on the products selected and how they are configured. Before activation, ask us to explain the data needed, provider involvement, access permissions, recording settings, and applicable retention arrangements for your setup. This website notice does not promise a particular product’s compliance certification or suitability for sensitive records.

Share only what is needed

Do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive medical, dental, veterinary, or other client records through the consultation planner. Use this contact route for business requirements and general questions.
